About Colleen

Colleen Bellotti joined MassBio in October 2024 and serves as Manager of Executive Operations, supporting the CEO & President and executive leadership team in the coordination of executive operations, key initiatives, and cross-functional efforts. In this role, she helps drive alignment across teams, supports executive-level planning, and ensures leadership priorities are effectively executed.

Previously, Colleen served as Manager of Sponsorship and Events at MassBio, where she focused on sponsorship strategy and partner engagement while supporting the delivery of major events and initiatives.

Before joining MassBio, Colleen held communications and legislative roles at the Massachusetts State House in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. She holds a degree from Merrimack College.
