About Craig

Craig Carew joined MassBio in 2016 and has been a key contributor to the organization’s growth and operational evolution over the past decade. Now serving as Senior Director of Membership, Craig provides strategic leadership and support while advancing initiatives and operations that strengthen member recruitment, retention, and overall engagement. He also continues to oversee MassBio’s CRM operations and related systems, helping ensure the organization’s systems and processes support a strong member experience.

Throughout his tenure at MassBio, Craig has had an outsized impact in advancing the organization’s operations, systems, and CRM capabilities. His deep institutional knowledge, reliability, and collaborative leadership have made him a trusted resource and go-to advisor across teams, helping drive meaningful improvements that strengthen internal effectiveness and organizational performance. Before joining MassBio, Craig held several roles at a marketing firm in Holliston, MA. In addition to his professional work, Craig is a college football official and a clock operator for the National Football League.

Craig is the past president and current treasurer of the Jeff Parker Charitable Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to families affected by cancer. He holds a B.S. in Management from Bridgewater State University and resides in Foxborough, MA, with his wife and three daughters.
