Hailley joined MassBio’s Digital Marketing team as a Senior Associate in March 2025. In her role, she oversees email marketing initiatives, manages the organization’s digital assets, and supports various digital projects.

With over seven years of marketing experience across industries—from nonprofits to life sciences—Hailley brings a versatile and strategic approach to her work. She holds a degree in English Studies with a concentration in Communications from Bridgewater State University.

Outside the office, Hailley enjoys hiking with her dog, Reese.
