About Mary

Mary joined the MassBio team in March of 2026. As the Vice President of Finance, she serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading MassBio’s financial strategy, planning, and operations.

Mary brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience in mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining MassBio, she spent 28 years at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, where she most recently served as Director of Financial Operations and Controller. During her tenure, she led financial management for numerous state and federally funded initiatives and played a key role in strengthening the organization’s financial systems, compliance framework, and operational infrastructure. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Worcester State University and lives in Shrewsbury with her husband and three daughters.
