About Stephanie
As MassBio’s Office Manager, Stephanie oversees day-to-day office operations, facilities coordination, and staff onboarding and offboarding. She serves as a central point of coordination across Facilities, Finance, HR, Events, and Executive Leadership, ensuring a welcoming, well-organized workplace that supports both staff experience and organizational priorities. Stephanie is often the first face visitors see when arriving at MassBio, serving as the organization’s receptionist and welcoming in members, guests, industry leaders, board members, and event attendees to the office.
Previously, Stephanie served as MassBio’s Manager of Operations, where she supervised the MassBioHub team and supported the operational success of the Hub. She also previously served as the Administrative Assistant to MassBio’s Chief Operating & Innovation Officer, providing executive and cross-functional administrative support.
Stephanie joined MassBio in February 2023 with over 10 years of experience in higher education, specializing in event planning, leadership development, and customer-focused support. She holds a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Nichols College and an M.S. in College Student Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys shopping, crafting personalized gifts and décor, and spending time with those who proudly call her “Auntie.”
