About half of molecules that large pharma and new biotech companies licensed in recent deal cycles came from Asia, especially China. Yet many IP risks in these deals are unique to China or different from US/EU practice, and early gaps can hit valuation, enforceability, and exit potential.

We present IP diligence from both sides: what US/EP licensees and investors need to check, and how Asia-based IP owners can prepare clean portfolios for out-licensing.  We will cover common landmines and remedial measures, so the audience walk away with both a high-level overview and actionable insights.
