Blue Marlin Therapeutics is developing a non-viral, in vivo immune-cell engineering platform designed to deliver durable, cell-specific therapies across oncology and autoimmune disease. The platform combines targeted lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery, non-viral genomic integration, and promoter-gated expression to reprogram immune cells directly inside the patient — eliminating the need for viral vectors or ex vivo cell manipulation. Blue Marlin’s approach is designed to support both immune activation for cancer and immune regulation for autoimmune disease using a single, flexible platform.
