Columbia Insurance Agency, Inc. is a leading agency administrator of group auto and home insurance programs in Massachusetts. Columbia partnered with MassBio in 2006 to offer the MassBio member’s employees a 6% discount on their auto and home insurance including renters and condo insurance. There is no cost to the Employer for providing this benefit. Columbia offers all on-site services at the employees’ workplace and free RMV services. Columbia does all the running around so employees stay on the job. Columbia also offers a full range of property casualty insurance products including, dwelling fire, seasonal homes, boats, business-owners, and directors’ and officers’ liability. Founded in 1969, Columbia has successfully grown its group business by combining the savings associated with the big carriers with the service local agents are known for.
