Dykeman is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group and co-managing shareholder of the Boston office. He focuses on securing worldwide intellectual property protection and related business strategies for high-tech clients, with particular experience in life sciences, medical devices, robotics, materials, and information technology. He provides strategic patent portfolio development and intellectual property advice for clients, including major research institutions, multinational corporations, and startup companies. He serves on the board of directors of MassMEDIC and previously served on the editorial advisory board for Medical Device & Diagnostic Industry (MD+DI) Magazine.

Levinstein, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office practicing in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, is an experienced IP litigator, trial attorney, and trusted counselor. He represents clients nationwide in federal district courts, guiding them through every phase of litigation. He has secured early settlements and wins at summary judgment, trial, and on appeal. Levinstein’s diverse technical experience spans numerous industries and technologies, including medical devices, remote controls, wireless communications, television displaces, lawnmowers, hand tools, power tools, baby products, sporting goods, food packaging, kitchen appliances, and other consumer and industrial software, electronics, and mechanical devices. Levinstein also handles high-stakes proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Magee is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office and a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Group. He represents technology and life sciences clients in IP matters, including patent litigation, licensing, and counseling. With more than two decades of experience, he advises companies ranging from startups to multitrillion-dollar corporations and has litigated before the International Trade Commission, PTAB, and U.S. district courts. An engineer by training, Magee leverages his technical background to navigate complex technologies in high-stakes disputes.
