Greenberg Traurig’s Amanda M. Blaske Selected for Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program

BOSTON – Oct. 14, 2022 – Amanda M. Blaske, a Corporate associate in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston office, was selected to participate in the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program (WLP) for 2022-2023. This WLP cohort comprises 60 women from across a variety of industries.

 

Presented in partnership with Simmons University, the WLP empowers women leaders with the skills and a network to excel in their own careers and to create conditions for other women to thrive. The WLP has graduated more than 1,000 women from across industries, sectors, and roles, including several women attorneys from Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office.

 

Blaske represents borrowers, lenders, and other parties in finance and corporate transactions as well as restructuring matters. She has experience in commercial law and corporate restructuring, representing bond trustees, bond holders, creditors, and debtors in a variety of insolvency matters. She also has experience with acquisition financings and refinancing, including senior secured financings, asset-based lending financings, and first lien/second lien financings, as well as business and debt restructuring and workouts, and bankruptcy.
