Greenberg Traurig’s Boston IP Group Congratulates 3 Clients on Winning 2022 BPLA ‘Invented Here!’ Awards

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston Intellectual Property & Technology (IP) Practice congratulates three of its clients – LIV Process, Inc., PAVmed, Inc., and Philipp K. Lang – for each winning a 2022 Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA) Invented Here! award for their respective patented inventions. This is the ninth consecutive year where clients of Greenberg Traurig’s Boston IP Practice have won this award.

Greenberg Traurig’s clients were selected for the following patents:

U.S. Patent No. 11,104,905, entitled “Aptamers against Clostridium difficile,” assigned to LIV Process, Inc. Prosecuted by Chinh H. Pham and Natalie Salem, Ph.D.

U.S. Patent No. 10,335,189, entitled “Systems and methods for percutaneous division of fibrous structure,” assigned to PAVmed, Inc. Prosecuted by Pham and Joshua I. Rudawitz.

U.S. Patent No. 11,278,413, entitled “Devices, systems, techniques and methods for determining the fit, size and/or shape of orthopedic implants using computer systems, artificial neural networks and artificial intelligence,” assigned to Philipp K. Lang. Prosecuted by Salem.

The 12th annual Invented Here! event, held Nov. 9 at the The Exchange Conference Center in Boston, showcased the inventions of 20 honorees.

According to BPLA’s website, the Invented Here! awards celebrate local and regional New England innovation communities by honoring selected innovators, their inventions, and the stories behind them. BPLA’s Invented Here! program presents breakthrough technologies from New England that will shape the way people interact with each other and the world around them, fulfill important individual and/or social needs in novel ways, and ensure a more sustainable future for our environment.
