Chinh H. Pham, co-chair of the Venture Capital & Emerging Technology Group of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, participated in the panel discussion “Breaking into the Boardroom,” co-hosted by Asians in Biotech and the Asian Community Fund. The session, featuring local leaders who broke through barriers, explored what board members do, why not-for-profit board service matters, how boards recruit and evaluate candidates, and how to prepare for a board position. The program was open to all.
Pham, a shareholder in the firm’s Boston office, focuses his practice on the strategic creation, implementation, and protection of intellectual property rights for technology and life sciences clients, ranging from venture-backed companies to multinational corporations.
