Description: We are currently seeking an intern to join our Discovery Biology
group. Primary responsibilities will include the execution of biochemical and cell-based assays for the evaluation of drug candidates. Other activities may include
assay development and expression, purification and characterization of target
proteins. Additionally, acquisition and management of supplies and instruments
may be required.
Candidates should be seeking a BA/BS or MS degree in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline. Knowledge and experience with basic tissue culture technique is preferred, to generate stable cell lines and utilize Lenti-viral vectors. The successful candidate will be a flexible and careful bench scientist who is eager to learn new technologies and excited by the challenges and rewards of working in a highly demanding start-up environment.
