The event welcomed over 190 guests, including life sciences professionals, industry partners, and local leaders, for an afternoon of tours, networking, and remarks from company leadership.
The grand opening marked a major milestone for Sterling’s continued investment in next-generation life science logistics infrastructure, designed specifically for the evolving needs of biotech, pharma, and laboratory clients. The new facility supports Sterling’s commitment to compliance, safety, sustainability, and innovation across all stages of the supply chain. A cGMP-compliant cold and ambient storage infrastructure featuring over 150+ monitored freezer positions with backup power and sensor tracking for 24/7 safety and regulatory assurance. Plans are underway to expand into chemical material storage by early 2026.

Custom temperature-controlled reefer and bio trailers with dual power supplies and real-time tracking, fully equipped to meet IATA and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for pharmaceutical and biologics transport.

A Digital MSDS Library and Sterling Managed Inventory (SMI) system, giving clients real-time visibility into on-site stock, automated restocking, and built-in compliance reporting.

Lab Facilities Support Services, including equipment setup, calibration, waste management, and lab recommissioning to support safe, seamless lab transitions.

Additional on-site features include Sterling Academy, a dedicated training and education space, and a secure parking area for temporary trailer storage, enabling flexibility for in-transit or staged materials.
