Bench International is excited to start 2021 with the launch of our exclusive Bank of Women®. In response to a rapidly growing need for women leaders, we developed a program to provide coaching, mentoring and sponsoring of talented, qualified women. Our first of its kind program has become even more critical based upon NASDAQ’s recent proposal to require listed companies to have at least one woman on their board. Today, our Bank of Women features over 550 executive women leaders who are ready for board seats and the C-suite. At Bench International, we look forward to debuting this powerful resource to both life science companies and women who are pursuing their first board position in the new year.
