Three Covington Lawyers Named to National Black Lawyers 40 Under 40 List

WASHINGTONCovington's Priscilla FasoroFatmata Kabia, and Kendra Mells have been named to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 class of 2019.

Ms. Fasoro represents clients on a wide variety of complex commercial transactions, specializing in those involving technology and data. In particular, her practice focuses on negotiating outsourcing and other technology-driven agreements, including services agreements for both service providers and customers.

Ms. Kabia's practice focuses on internal and government investigations and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, and advised them in areas such as international law and financial crime compliance.

Ms. Mells helps clients navigate high-stakes investigations and enforcement matters. She has represented clients in internal and government investigations involving a variety of regulators, including major companies in multi-jurisdictional civil and criminal investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The National Black Lawyers 40 Under 40 recognizes the top 40 lawyers from each state who promote its mission through the services they provide to individuals, families, and businesses in their state. Membership is by invitation only.
