MassBio’s ED&I Conference Convenes Life Sciences Leaders to Connect and Catalyze Lasting Change Across the Industry

Fourth annual conference to highlight latest strategies to cultivate equity, diversity, and inclusion and support employee wellbeing

What: MassBio’s 4th Annual Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) Conference will bring together life sciences leaders from across Massachusetts and beyond to learn, connect, and take action within their organizations, communities, and throughout the ecosystem at large. Through keynotes and panel discussions, experts will share their insights on how leaders can authentically navigate internal and external calls for corporate social justice, how employers can improve the employee experience in the “next normal,” how the ecosystem can better build, cultivate, and support diverse talent.

When: Tuesday, August 18th, 2020 at 10:00 am – 12:15 PM.

Where: The 4th Annual ED&I Conference will be held virtually via Engagez.

Who: MassBio President & COO, Kendalle Burlin O’Connell, will emcee. The conference agenda features:
