Jan 31, 2023

MassBio will join with Pfizer on March 28 for Pfizer Pharma Day® in the MassBioHub, an opportunity for emerging innovators to be introduced to Pfizer Ignite – a new offering for biotech companies seeking a collaborative partner to help them advance the development of their promising breakthrough therapies.

If you attend: Pfizer Pharma Day will provide you with the opportunity to speak with Pfizer leaders about the innovative new Ignite offering, as well as share knowledge and forge new relationships with biotech industry peers and colleagues.

  • You will be among the first to learn about Ignite’s partnering capabilities and how they’re collaborating with biotechs, including discussion of the unique benefits of Ignite over traditional models and partnering vehicles to help propel the most impactful scientific breakthroughs.
  • A networking reception will follow the formal program.

The personal touch: If you have a candidate in one of Pfizer’s target therapeutic areas – oncology and immuno-oncology (breast cancer, genitourinary cancer, and hematology) or immunology and inflation (rheumatology, gastroenterology, medical dermatology) – and are interested in how Ignite could help accelerate your drug development journey, apply for a one-on-one meeting to discuss.

  • If your company meets Pfizer Ignite’s eligibility criteria, please apply for your meeting here by February 15, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET.

How Ignite can help you: Pfizer provides support, strategic input, and end-to-end services to meet a biotech’s every need, with genuine experts in all disciplines including research, development and manufacturing to innovative companies moving from candidate selection through Phase II.

What they’re saying: “We share the same mission as biotech companies – to bring innovative therapies to patients faster. Pfizer Ignite collaborates with select biotechs, providing strategic guidance and end-to-end retained services to help accelerate their innovative breakthroughs through the development journey,” said Kathy Fernando, Senior Vice President & Global Head of Pfizer Ignite within Business Innovation at Pfizer. “We share our wealth of experience to give promising candidates the best possible chance of achieving approval and benefiting the patients who need them. We look forward to introducing this new and unique offering to the biotech community at Pharma Day.”
