Membership Application Policy
Membership applications are reviewed upon submission. Once reviewed, a team member will be in touch. MassBio reserves the right to cancel or not accept membership. MassBio Event Policy
MassBio event registration fees are final and there are no refunds. Depending upon the event, you may be able to transfer a registration to another person at the same company. If you have any questions or to request a transfer, please email the events team.
Event Cancellation Policy
MassBio reserves the right to cancel events for any reason, in which case registrations will be offered a full refund. Refunds will be made to the person or entity that paid for the event. If for some reason an event is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about event refunds or payment, please email the events team.
Payment Policy
MassBio accepts payments in United States dollars only (USD), by check, money order, ACH, or credit cards. If paying by credit card, please use our secure website form hosted by Stripe.com for membership and event purchases.
MassBio accepts the following credit cards for payments:
