Calluna is a global fibrosis and inflammation-focused biotech company driven by a lean, committed team, with first-in-class clinical-stage antibodies in indications of high unmet need and strategic importance. Our innovative approach targets upstream disease amplifiers, applicable across various medical conditions. By redefining how we target fibrosis and inflammation, Calluna Pharma is paving the way for groundbreaking therapeutics that will change the lives of patients worldwide.

Calluna is currently evaluating CAL101, which targets a novel upstream pathway implicated in fibrotic disease, in our global Phase 2 study AURORA, in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Enrollment completed more than 6 months ahead of schedule, topline data expected Q1 2027.
