Rilas works to train medicinal chemists on the chromatography techniques needed to successfully run LC, SFC and LC/MS analytical equipment. At Rilas, we understand the synthesis process and have been working alongside of our customers to increase compound throughput and build efficiencies in library as well as singleton purification. Rilas can also consult on existing processes that may not be meeting expectations.
Rilas Lab – Based just outside of Cambridge, MA, our lab offers preparative chiral separation by SFC and achiral separation by mass directed HPLC of discovery research compounds (singletons and libraries), templates, intermediates & drug candidates. We provide enantiomeric and diastereomeric excess confirmation of starting materials, intermediates and final products. We carry out automated method developments, repeat literature and purity analyses by UPLC/MS of compound libraries, singletons, oligonucleotides and peptides. To meet project timelines or submission deadlines, Rilas Lab can be used for coverage when your lab is not set up or has run into problems that hinder productivity.
