Our founder spent five years at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, serving as Global Head of Commercial Finance and Chief of Staff to the CEO, and has participated in $5B+ in investment decisions. With 10 years in rare disease and 13 in pharma overall, he learned why pharma says yes, why it passes, and why it sometimes just stops returning calls.
We work with founders who have zero commercial headcount and are making Phase 1-2 decisions with long-term commercial consequences. Services include advisory retainers, partnership evaluation sprints, and board interrogation prep.
