Catherine Dargan leads the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices and has advised numerous companies on their important strategic transactions for more than 20 years. Ms. Dargan has represented clients in public and private mergers and acquisitions, domestically and internationally, related securities, finance and advisory matters, product acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnering arrangements. She represents clients in a variety of industries, with particular focus on life sciences and consumer products, and frequently advises clients on their important strategic transactions.
Ms. Dargan’s Mergers & Acquisitions profile highlighted her deal work in the last year related to efforts by clients to combat the Covid-19 pandemic and her role on Covington’s Management Committee crafting the firm’s coronavirus pandemic response and guidance for the firm’s lawyers and staff, including regular outreach to the Covington community.
