Sterling Life Science Logistics is a cutting-edge Biorepository coming to Tewksbury, MA in 2025, providing a secure, innovative facility dedicated to supporting the biotech and life sciences industries.
This new facility will feature state-of-the-art cold and dry Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) storage. Our cold and ambient storage solutions are designed to meet the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
Ambient GMP Storage will be dedicated to regulated cGMP storage for FDA-grade manufacturing materials. This area will store everything from raw to final materials for production, sensitive consumables and medical devices – all under tight supervision, providing both short-term and long-term storage, including freight forwarding and live distribution services
Cold GMP Storage will offer temperature-controlled storage ranging from ambient temperatures to -192°C, specifically designed for cryogenic storage of lab samples, cell lines, DNA, mRNA, assay plates, clinical trial samples, and other temperature-sensitive lab materials. This area will also house client equipment hosting and offer space for shared structures.
Additionally, a monitored designated parking area for temporary trailer storage of specialized goods is available.
